ST PETER’S JUNE FESTIVAL: St. Peter’s Festival will be held on Sunday June 30th. It begins with Mass on the field at 11 AM followed by: Tasty Festival Foods, a Grand Auction, Large Raffle, games for children. There is entertainment, Karaoke, and a flea market from the trunk of cars or vehicles registered beforehand. It all runs until 4:00 pm on the grounds of Seton Academy and St. Peter’s Field, North Catherine Street. CHANGE IN EUCHARISTIC PRAYER: On May 1, 2013 the Congregation for Divine Worship inserted the name of Saint Joseph, Spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary into Eucharistic Prayers II, III, and IV. St. Joseph is an example of the kindness and humility that the Christian faith raises to a great destiny, and demonstrates the ordinary and simple virtues necessary for us to be good and genuine followers of Christ.
